Why are my emails going to spam?

What is email authentication alignment?
Alignment means that the domain in the email's visible From header matches the domains authenticated by SPF (envelope sender) and DKIM (d= domain). Without alignment, even if SPF and DKIM pass individually, DMARC will fail. Misalignment is one of the most common causes of deliverability problems.
What is a PTR record and why does it matter?
A PTR (Pointer) record maps an IP address back to a hostname - the reverse of an A record. Mail servers check PTR records to verify that the sending IP resolves back to a legitimate hostname. Missing or mismatched PTR records are a strong spam indicator and many mail servers will reject emails without valid reverse DNS.
